We collect the information you choose to provide, along with basic technical data needed to operate and secure the site:

• Contact details: name, phone number, and optional email address.
• Vehicle and service details: make, model, year, mileage, requested service, preferred appointment time, and any message you include.
• Website usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring site, and information from cookies or similar technologies.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information only for the purposes described at the time it is collected:

• Scheduling and performing service, and communicating with you about your vehicle.
• Providing vehicle-status updates, estimates, reminders, and customer support.
• Operating, securing, and improving the website and our services.
• Sending marketing communications only when you separately opt in. You may unsubscribe at any time.

We do not sell your information.

3. SMS Opt-In and Consent

Text-message consent is always optional and is never a condition of purchase. We ask for two separate opt-ins so you can choose either, both, or neither:

• Service-related (transactional) texts: appointment confirmations, reminders, vehicle-status updates, and estimate follow-ups.
• Marketing texts: promotional offers, service reminders, review requests, and holiday specials.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. You can also call the shop to be removed.

4. SMS Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do use service providers — such as our scheduling and messaging platforms — to send and process communications on our behalf, and they may only use the information to provide that service to us.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate, secure, measure, and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, some features may not work as intended.
